I find bones to be very beautiful and they have historically been used in study. It is in this context we can truly appreciate what they reveal about the beauty of the natural world around us. I was surprised to see the skeleton of a stingray, I suppose because I hadn’t considered them having such an intricate one as they move so gracefully through the water; movement so fluid it seems boneless. Using the sketch of a stingray skeleton, we have two notecard and envelope liner designs; a smaller centered motif paired with a larger animal on the envelope liner, or an enlarged drawing on a thinly bordered note paired with an argyle inspired pattern of the smaller animal on the liner. These designs are available in a timeless Sailor Blue/Sand or a Granite/Chalk color combination.
