As of part of membership with Friday House, via the website www.friday.house, you will receive the following benefits as a member:

• Access to the Full Friday House Design Library, which you may use on a licensed basis according to the access rules of your membership tier.
• Access to Video Tutorials.
• Access to The Ampersand, the Friday House blog.
• Access to The Ribbon, the Friday House Community Forum.
• Early Notification on new products
• Special bonus files given quarterly.

MEMBERSHIP DUES:

For The Friday House Salon Membership, the membership price is $17.00 per month charged in a recurring capacity every 30 days from your sign up date.  Payment via credit card is accepted.  If the card is not accepted or payment cannot be processed in a recurring manner, your membership will be suspended until this is corrected.  This may result in a higher membership cost if monthly fees have increased.  If the payment issue cannot be resolved in a timely manner, Friday House will assume your membership has been terminated, rather than paused.

For the Friday House Ballroom Membership, the membership price is $52.00, at the initial sign-up and access is granted for sixty consecutive days.  This is a non-recurring, two-month membership only.  If the card is not accepted or payment cannot be processed in a recurring manner your membership will be terminated. 

RESTRICTIONS:

The Member agrees that they will not:

• Share their login information with non-members
• Reproduce any of the information received as part of their membership and share it with non-members
• Post inappropriate, inaccurate or offensive content to membership forums and discussions
• Use any of the files they print for resale in any way, unless they have requested and received permission from Friday House.  We recommend you contact us about business to business arrangements if you would like to use our designs in any way other than for personal use.
• Design copyright on all files, images, and website content belongs to Friday House, a division of Studio Twenty-three, LLC.

LIABILITY:

As a member, you will not hold the Friday House liable for any tangible or intangible damage that might happen to you while participating in the membership, as a result of your membership.

As a member, you agree that the Friday House website cannot guarantee any results from our membership. Any negative or positive results that might occur during the membership are the result of your own personal choices as a member.

PRIVACY:

Friday House will not share any contact or personal information about you with other members, non-members or any third parties, unless it is as outlined in our privacy policy. 

MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION:

Friday House has a right to terminate your membership if any of the terms and the conditions of this Agreement are violated. As a member, you can terminate your membership at any point and for any reason and will not be charged for your next billing cycle. 

Memberships will not be pro-rated or refunded after the third day of your billing cycle.  Your cancellation after that day will be applied to the next billing cycle.

By agreeing to the Terms of Service, the Member confirms that they have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
