Refund Policy
We do not offer a return policy for virtual or downloaded products.
Returns for tangible products are made at management’s sole discretion and only in the method of the original payment. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards or Gift Subscriptions, customized items or bespoke services, or any of our services for which we are contracted or serve as a consultant are not refundable.
We are not able to refund any digital products. If your “click to print” has been logged as accessed, we cannot credit your transaction.
If you experience printing issues, we suggest you use the free files to try to fix your issue. The free files allow access for a period of 24 hours, and do not impact your paid membership.
MEMBERSHIP REFUNDS:
Membership is pro-rated after date of purchase for the remaining time on the membership. Certain processing charges may also be applied to the refund. No membership will be prorated after the third day of the 30 day period. However, if you choose to pause or cancel your membership after the third day of the 30 day period, it will be applied to the next thirty (30) day period.
EXCHANGES:
We currently do not provide exchanges.
