At Friday House, we believe in the treasures of the handwritten word. We cherish the letters we have from our loved ones; their handwriting
brings them immediately present, no matter the geography. In a handwritten note or letter, one’s thought, emotion, commentary and
inspiration are thick on the page and provide generations with artifacts of our journeys in ways that electronic communiques never will. We also
deeply value the craft of the human hand, convinced this imparts evidence of the human spirit in the objects we make and give.
Accordingly, Friday House offers timeless, amusing stationery and paper products which can be downloaded and printed from wherever you happen to be.
Because our carefully considered designs can be downloaded and printed by you, we considerably reduce our impact on the environment. This method minimizes transportation and shipping impacts, issues with product returns, overstock and waste.
Good design should be easily accessible, so the images of the products you see on this site were printed using a color laser printer on paper stocks readily available at local office supply and large chain stores.
Our hope is that Friday House genuinely contributes to the expressive communication process between you and yours.
Behind the Front Door
Kellee Friday has an extensive background as a designer, spending many years working in women’s fashion, conceptualizing and executing products in luxury leather goods, textiles and accessories for well known international brands.
Friday House was started in 2018 as a small retail space focused on antiques. Some of our best sellers were the paper products created as entry price point items. A few years later, Friday House was refocused to concentrate on paper products.
